The Main Hall is Freeland Hall's large, light-filled main room, opened in 2011 with a heated sprung beech floor, an acoustic ceiling and handsome glulam beams. It has a well-equipped stainless-steel kitchen (commercial dishwasher, boiling-water heater, large oven and warming oven, fridges and crockery for 100 covers), a storeroom of 100 chairs and 24 tables, a connectable music/sound system, Velux roof lights and a variety of lighting options. Level, wheelchair-friendly access throughout, with doors opening onto a landscaped garden and the adjoining village playing field - ideal for parties, wedding receptions, meetings, classes and clubs. Maximum capacity 80.

The Newell Room is a comfortable, self-contained meeting room, well suited to smaller meetings, committees, classes and community groups of up to about 14 people. It adjoins the village playing field and has its own changing rooms alongside.

• Please use the checklist in the kitchen and inside the Cleaners Cupboard to ensure that you have left the hall in a suitable condition for the next user. Make sure all doors are locked
• Large skip bin on the side of kitchen behind gate is for general rubbish
• All recycling waste should be taken away and NOT left in the skip
